All the vehicles like Busses coming in Medavakkam main Road towards Kilkattalai will be diverted on Sabari Salai on the left and progresses till Lake View Road and then takes Right turn. The vehicles are supposed to take Right turn again into Medavakkam main road at Rajendiran Nagar Main Road take left.
All the vehicles coming from Echengadu going towards Puzhuthivakkam will travel on Medavakkam Main road till Afraz Biriyani then go into Outgoing direction. Then travel on the same side for 100 Mtrs and again diverts to Incoming Direction and proceeds further to Puzhuthivakkam.
